I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms and pristine common areas. It's clear that they take great pride in keeping everything in top shape. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients and the attentive staff who were always available and ready to help with any requests or questions. Their service truly added to the positive experience. While the area around the hotel does feel a bit unsafe, this seems to be the case for the rest of the town as well. Despite this, the hotel does an admirable job of providing a secure environment for its guests. In fact, I would say this is probably one of the best places to stay in town.

There were roaches in the restroom and kitchen. The reason for booking a suite was to have a kitchen and I didn’t use it because of roach infestation. I wasn’t comfortable with food in the fridge because there was a dead roach in there as well. Will not be staying there again!

The gentleman the checked us in was incredibly sweet. The gentleman that was at the desk the next morning was also just as nice. We were in town for a close friend's memorial service, and they just made our visit so pleasant with or without knowing why we were there. They helped us get a taxi back to the airport Sunday morning at 4 am and handled everything for us. I'm just incredibly grateful for the kindness of these two employees. (I gave 3 stars for the property condition because it looked like there was a hole in the glass window and the door in the lobby wasn't usable. It was a little concerning, but the staff made up for my worries.)
