This rural house halfway between Nerja and Frigiliana is surrounded by pine and avocado groves, a quiet environment where you can enjoy the rest and relaxation offered by its sea and mountain views. Less than 10 minutes separate you from the beautiful beaches of Nerja and the award winning and beautiful village of Frigiliana.

The villa has a huge terrace that extends along the front and back of the house, private pool, outdoor shower and sunbathing area. There is also a stone barbecue, an outdoor pergola with tables and chairs perfect for outdoor dining, and a porch with comfortable seating for relaxing.

It is a very cozy house that has 120m² on one floor. It has two bedrooms with two single beds and another double bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower. The house also has another main bathroom, this one with bathtub, a spacious, bright and open living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a fireplace, sofas, stereo, flat screen TV with satellite and Chromecast. In the dining area in addition to having tables and chairs there is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen and the living-dining room, creating an open and very bright and familiar space.

This accommodation is perfect to come with children and to travel to nearby and picturesque places such as Frigiliana, the village of the three cultures, Nerja, where you can enjoy a while in its wonderful beaches, a walk through its beautiful Balcon de Europa or its prehistoric Nerja Caves, Malaga or Granada. It has private outdoor parking and WiFi internet connection.
