This beautiful townhome is located just a short walk to Lake Dillon and is nearby I-70 with quick access to all of Summit County. This home can accommodate up to 9 guests, and features vaulted ceilings and a deck with patio furniture overlooking a backyard. The main level has an open floor plan, allowing for a great entertainment space. The home also has a private washer and dryer, and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up to at the end of a long day.

As you enter the town home there is a bench and coat rack in the foyer. If you go upstairs you will be heading to the main living space of the home, and downstairs are the guest rooms. The main level upstairs has a large well equipped kitchen, ample counter space, and a dining table for 8. The living area has a leather sofa with a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 arm chairs, gas fireplace, and a 40" flat screen TV. The main floor is full of warm light coming from the floor to ceiling windows on the far wall. Open the doors to let in the mountain breeze in the summer, or exit to the furnished balcony and take in the fresh mountain air. There is a powder room on this main level as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-sutie bathroom with a full tub and shower, and his & hers sinks. 

The two guest rooms are located downstairs. These rooms share a full bathroom off the hall. The first guest room has a queen size bed, and the second guest room sleeps 3 with a twin bunk bed and another twin size bed. Start your ski day with warm dry gloves! A private washer and dryer is located in the closet off the hall on this level. Keep your vehicle snow free and store your skis in the private one car garage. 

This town home is in a quiet neighborhood, and is only 250 yards to the Summit County Recreation Path. This paved path extends for miles and connects Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail! The path is used in both summer and winter. Take a walk next to the lake, or rent a bike and explore for the day. There are multiple bike shops within a mile of the town home to rent from.

We selected the property for location and because we could park in a garage. Unless you have a medium sized car or smaller, there is no way you are going to park in that garage. The water heater is in the front of the garage and there bicycles, furniture, tools, etc along the sides. The description should be updated to include information on the size of the garage because if I had known it was so small we would have stayed somewhere else. When we arrived at the condo, the temperature in the unit was 54 degrees. We had to wear coats from the time we checked in until the time we went to bed as the furnace and fireplace tried to get the temperature up to a decent level. The property manager's suggestion was to turn on the oven and open the door. That's not right. When we arrived, the code we were given for the garage wouldn't work. We did get in the front door because there was a key in the lockbox that used the same code. When we went down to the garage to open the garage door, we found out that when you pull on the doorknob to go into the garage, it pulls off of the door. Great! So, the entire time we stayed there we had to go up and in the front door and then back down to the garage to open the garage door so we could carry things in. The property manager's answer for the problems was that the people who they use to fix these types of problems were unavailable until after we checked out. She did offer to let us check out later that specified, Really helpful because we always leave early so we can get started on the long drive home. Basically the garage issue is what really made me mad. Had I known the actual size we wouldn't have booked this condo. The area received over one foot of snow during our visit. Not a big deal if you can drive in and out of a garage to load and unload.
