Master bed mattress extremely poor and warn out. Property management tried to accommodate but owners must not make a change. Other rooms mattress are minimal at best, not really fit for adult sleeping. Road noise very present as it's last unit in row right next to busy street. Kitchen minimally equipped. Picture make kitchen/dining/living look larger than it is.

Great Location
The location of this property is great. right on a lovely marsh area, walk to peninsula trails, walk to main st. It is the closest property to the main road, however and the road noice in the morning was loud. There is one master bedroom and the other rooms are really not ideal for adults. Please advise if you're traveling with multiple families. For a home that had beds for 9, there was no living room space that can comfortably fit 9 people. That was not ideal. The hot tub worked for only 2 of the 6 days we were there. I contacted Great Western about this issue and had a bad customer experience with them. There is no Tupperware in the kitchen, making it hard to save food or pack for picnics. The location made up for all of this.

Great property for family gathering
This property was accurately described and very clean. Very easy access to bike trail to Lake Dillon and downtown Frisco. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, silverware and large cooking pots and pans for large family cooking. Dishwasher is very quiet and fridge is large. Definitely a property to rent again. Great place to stay!
The townhome was perfect for our sisters trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Easy to find, close to everything, stunning view of the mountains and the lake. Only a couple of minor issues - the patio door would not lock and the outdoor fireplace would not stay lit, even with a full tank of gas. We couldn't get a hold of the property manager over the weekend on the app as they were closed. They did offer a phone number which I discovered later, for emergencies. The door wasn't an emergency so I didn't call. But just to know that it's outside the app for weekend support. Overall, 10/10 would stay here again! We're already talking about staying here for next year's sisters trip!

Perfect Location
Location is everything. Nice easy walk to town or the marina on the path that is right by the residence. Great view of lake Dillion from the patio. Was plenty of room for my entire family This place is perfect!!!!

Amazing location, beautiful view!!
Mountain stay for the weekend with family. Plenty of room for a couple of families with kids. Clean house, great location and close to town. Will definitely be staying here again!
