Everything was perfect except the size of the room. Two people can not do somethings at the same time in the room because of its narrowness. Nonetheless it was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

We arranged a luggage forwarding service with the front desk to our next hotel. We told them specifically it needed to arrive on 10/29 as we were leaving the next property early on 10/30. The luggage isn’t coming until 10/30 now because no date was specified on our paperwork by the front desk. There is no way for us to re deliver. We now have to wait at the hotel until our luggage arrives missing our scheduled bus and getting to our next destination late which in turn as cost us more and missing out on important time we have left on our vacation. Not happy.

The room is not the most spacious as is the case for most Japanese business hotels, but for the size of the room bathroom was big enough that I didn't need to crouch for anything. Conveniently located and very quite in the evening.

Great Location
We booked the rooms at a higher rate than usual due to the high demand for public holidays. It's a bit expensive for a space this small. Other than that, the experience is pretty good. Location is perfect - it's quiet enough where there's a park right out of the window, but 2 mins walk to many nice cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the busiest part of the city.
