The hotel is not next to but walkable to shopping areas and eateries. Although its location is not as convenient as those hotels in the Hakata Station area, it has the benefit of being quiet. The room was also very clean and well designed. The only setback being the pillows, which are very hard and thick. I had to remove the pillows before I could fall asleep.

This was a great location for exploring Fukuoka. Buses, train stations, grocery shops, restaurants, and convenience stores were all easily accessible. The room (twin Japanese style) was small but clean & had everything we needed.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days where my room has a washing machine and microwave. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and value for money. Pro: 1.walkable distance to Tenjin and Hakata station. Subway station is 1 min walk only 2. artistic deco on every floor with enough daylight and lighting in the hallway 3. front desk staff is very patient and professional Con: only 2 lifts available which could be very crowded during peak hour

The location is quite convenient, walking distance to Canal City and Hakata Station. The hotel is very modern and stylish. Our room was spotless clean and very well maintained. The public bath was a great addition to the experience. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room for family, we found it difficult to find enough space to open our two 27” luggages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again.

Nice budget hotel with convenient transportation and very walkable. Nice staff and facilities. Would be nice if they can post rules about etiquettes for the large bath, some people were very loud and were brushing their teeth at the shower area :( Breakfast buffet food was good quality.

Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right

Been to other Nishitetsu properties, disappointed there’s not even any tea/coffee/water available at lobby. Bath area is not too clean. Only one pillow type and too hard.
