清潔さやロケーションとても快適。 ただし、キッチンがついているが、調理器具の設備がイマイチ。 宿泊した部屋は包丁がなく、皿もなかったため(フライパンやカップはあった)など用意してあるものがチグハグのため部屋での調理は厳しい。

만족스러운 숙소였습니다:)
7월 중순에 총 3명이서 1박 숙박 했고, 저와 일행 모두 숙소가 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 공원이 바로 앞에 두고 있고 로슨/세븐일레븐 등 편의점과 큰 대로변에서 숙소로 들어오는 길에 중소형 마트가 있어 간단히 식품과 여행용 생필품을 구매하기 좋습니다. 많은 분들이 온수 10분과 관련해 걱정 하실텐데, 저랑 일행은 한번도 끊키지 않고 잘 사용 했습니다. 자동 샤워기처럼 적절히 단수 해가며 썼기 때문일지도 모르겠지만 온수가 끊키는 적은 없었습니다. 큰 대로변에서 숙소까지 걸어가는 길은 7-8분 정도 걸렸던것 같습니다. 그 점 유의하시고 여성분들끼리 머무신다면 저녁 늦게 돌아다니시는것은 피하시는게 좋을것 같습니다. (주변에 외노자 분들이 밤 늦게까지 길거리에 돌아다니시더라구요)

온쑤 10뿐 이쌍 틀묜 끊귀기뛔문에 욕쪼사용을 모탐. 찌인 또움으로 짜가용 이용했으니 편해쮜만 업써쑤면 쫌 힘드러쓸거 가틈. 쳌킨장쏘와 거뤼가 먼 편.. 하지만 나머지는 더할나위 없이 좋았어요 ! 복층이나 이층침대 불편하신 분들은 비추!

同タイプの部屋の中でも広さは申し分ないが、トイレが狭すぎる。 洗面台から汚水の臭いがキツく出ていて不快になる。 隣の部屋の声がかなりうるさく聞こえる。

체크인 불편, 타올 부족
예약 후 온 메일에는 "이 숙박 시설의 체크인 장소는 다른 곳(산세루코 빌딩 35호, 주소: 1-1-1 Watanabe-dori, Chuo-ku, Zip: 810-0004)입니다" 이렇게 적혀 있어서 해당 주소를 구글지도에서 검색해서 갔는데 전혀 엉뚱한 주소였어요. 그래서 현지 통화 해서 겨우겨우 찾아갔네요. 체크인 하는데 너무 힘들었어요. 구글 검색 시 'sun selco'로 검색하면 나오는 쇼핑몰 건물 지하1층이에요. 저처럼 헤매고 멘붕을 겪는 사람이 없길 바랍니다. 그리고 3명이서 2박을 묵는 건데, 베스타올 4개밖에 없더라구요. 전화로 문의하니 숙소에 있는 세탁기로 빨아 쓰라는데 세제도 직접 사서 써야된다고 하더라구요. 그래도 1박당 1개씩 인원 수에 맞게 있어야 되는건 아닌가 싶었어요. 그리고 벽걸이형 냉난방기로 난방을 해야되는데 높은 곳에 달린 냉난방기로 난방을 켜니 위에 공기만 따뜻하고 추운 공기는 밑에 있다보니 대체로 추웠어요. 여름에는 괜찮을 거 같은데 겨울은 좀 추웠네요. 위에 적은 거 말고는 대체로 만족 스러웠습니다.

清潔で快適！もう何泊かしたかったです。
とっても綺麗だし快適でした！４人で宿泊したため、広々したロフトにお布団が敷いてあるのも修学旅行気分で楽しかったです。お風呂も綺麗で使いやすかったし文句なしです。 チェックインの場所が少しわかりづらくて迷ったのでビルの地下１階のどのあたりかまで明記してくださると助かるな…と思ったのと、ちょうど混雑する時間帯だったのかチェックインに時間がかかったのが少しマイナスポイントでしたが、時間にゆとりを持って動けば問題ないと思います！

체크인 장소가 찾기 힘든 점 (하카타역에서 택시를 타고 가기를 추천) 을 제외하고는 사실 다 넘 좋았어요 일단 사진에서 보는 것과 같이 일본의 일반 호텔보다 공간이 훨씬 넉넉하면서 가격은 더 저렴했죠 그리고 체크아웃은 따로 하지 않아도 되서 다행이었고 일본에서 사용할수 있는 폰을 지급하여 여행객들의 폰 배터리를 아껴주었어요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 그 폰을 통해 24시간 상담이 가능하여 밤 12시 반에 다음 날 아침에 이용할 택시를 예약할 수 있어서 완전 편리했습니당

만족합니다.
시설도 괜찮았고, 세탁기도 있어서 전부 마음에 들었습니다. 가장 좋은건 와이파이가 되는 휴대폰을 빌려 줘서 더 편하게 놀았습니다. 체크인 하는것만 귀찮았네요.
