+ very nice interior, all new, kitchen well equipped + flowers and fruit and a wine as a welcome present + very quiet, little 'garden' in front. + kitchen very well equipped (mixer, toaster, orange press...) + we could stay in the room longer than check-out time - internet not working->had to go in to the main building - quite wet in the room after the shower, because the air exhaust did not work (yet?).
