Fantastic hotel
Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous. They fall over their feet to assist in every manner. Food standards also good. The Manager and his staff need to get a 5 star rating. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the services just get's better every time.

Concierge was not very helpful. When enquired whether the hotel has transfer to the airport, I was informed that the hotel does and l can do a booking 1 day before the day of leaving. When the day came to make a booking, I was informed that there is no transfer available and I have to find my own way to the airport.

Stayed 2 nights here. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, nice big room, pocketed spring bed, very clean housekeeping and yes, the breakfast was very very good. The food tasted so much better than those in town. Only setback was location, which is right in the middle of a development zone. Getting a taxi is a big challenge. Other than this, it's perfect

Great value and great service
Lovely spacious room, very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, had no problem ordering taxis. Lobby area is nicely laid out and decorated with plenty of seating.

This hotel needs to improve its policy
I booked this Crown Plaza because I had an excellent experience with Crown Plaza in Suzhou China. I booked through Expedia online. I started we have three people, but the there was only one bed choice. I thought it must be a king bed with a sofa bed like what we had in Tokyo. This is in China and there should be better bedding and more space in China. OMG, I was wrong!!! The room comes one single bed or two single beds. We needed to buy the bed for $62, and the bed was even smaller than the single bed. If I have to pay $79 (or $123 original price) plus $62, I would at least expect a comfortable beds to sleep in. I paid one and cancelled the rest of three nights staying. Another bad policy this hotel has is at the pool. It has a ok in door pool, but the policy requires guest to wear a swimming cap. Seriously, I am on vacation, not in swimming competition! Anyway this is the first time I am giving a need improvement review out of my twenty years of traveling time.
