BED BUGS!
We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much worse, painful with an awful itch. This lasted for over a week. The only hope for some relief was an icepack in bed. The bites were in a straight line in an unmentionable area. After more research and confirmation it was BED BUG BITES! We won't be staying here again.

Big hotel, plenty of parking, friendly staff and nice buffet food in restaurant but hotel felt very hot all the time in the communal areas, thankfully able to open the windows in our room.

Ok if you need a bed.
We just stayed for the night after a long drive and left early to hit the road again. The hotel was ok for that purpose with a cheap room but not so much more.

Excellent reception staff, room very clean and kept clean, Excellent facilities (Gym and swimming pool) , good transport links into Wismar Town, excellent value for money Downside Tried to get a table in restaurant and they could not squeeze in a table for two. How hard did they try? They could have warned me about the dress code for the Sauna !!!!

Nice Place To Stay In Wismar
Hotel is very convenient to Wismar and to Ostseebad Boltenhagen. The indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities are excellent, although each of the two days that we was there the pool was reserved for several hours for a local group of mothers and babies,about 30 in all. Wow! The dining facilities are nice, but expensive. There are no restaurants in the near vicinity. The computer in the lobby for the use of hotel guests only worked sporadically, and the desk clerks did not respond to complaints, or even seem to really care. The room was a good price for the money.

Der Filterkaffee beim Frühstück war schrecklich. Viel zu bitter. Müßte mehrmals gekocht werden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz und Abends saßen andere Hotelgäste auf der Terrasse und waren laut. Aber das ist so im Sommer. Muß man mit leben. Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre ganz nett oder eine kleine Minibar haben wir vermisst.

Schlecht: Sauberkeit Fenster u.a. vor dem "Fitnessstudio", Treppenaufgang usw. überall dicke Spinnen, Fitnessstudio für Kinder allein zugänglich mitten und offen im Flurbereich im 2. OG, alte vergilbte Lampenschirme, verschimmelte, eklige Fugen im Bad.... Gut: trotzdem besser als gedacht. Lage im Industriegebiet, trotzdem gut und ruhig, Parkplatz gut, Frühstückstück ausreichend, Anbindung Autobahn gut

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig geschnitten. Pool und Saunabereich sind ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Frühstückbufett war gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. (Continental Breakfest). Auch das Pesonal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Linienbus hält direkt vor den Hotels und fährt im Stundentakt nach Wismar. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir, das für den Hotelleigenen Parkplatz pro Tag eine Parkgebühr von 5 Euro berechnet wird.
