Very old - needs updating. The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the university.

We arrived at the property after a football game. There was a loud fight in the side parking lot area. A woman kept screaming. A man came running towards the check in area with a broom! It was terrifying. Once checked in we walked into a warm room with the worst smell of smoke and weed. When i turned on the lights roaches were crawling on the bed and floor! I refused to stay i did not feel safe at all. I will never be back.

The hotel was older not much upkeep. The toilet in my bathroom was not screwed down The room was clean pool was well maintained. It was a typical college town motel not bad condition just could use so TLC.

The place is a dump the staff was beyond lazy and unhelpful ....WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Received 2 bath towels for 3 adults for a 3 night stay. When we requested additional clean towels they could not accommodate our tequest because they got "busy" and then RAN OUT OF TOWELS!!!!requested

The king size bed in our room was too tall. We had problems getting onto the bed. Otherwise, there were no problems. Strong smell of mildew in the front lobby and in our room. Shower was very nice with roll-in convenience for disabled people like me. Male staff member assisted my friend who had fallen in the courtyard and helped get her and her belongings to the room. He was very nice and cordial. We did not get his name. I did see him emptying garbage in the friont lobby the next morning as i was checking out.

Property is old and dirty. I was killing cockroaches upon walking in, some of the rooms have residents living there, the room itself is not well maintained the bathroom was old and tiny did not fit a 6 ft 3 person in the shower . The bed linens had stains on them weren't washed and the towels had hair strands embedded in it. Not to mention the floor was not swept or vacuumed because my feet were filthy after having washed them in the shower I took . I do not recommend for a stay especially with family. My husband got solicited outside in the parking area by homeless looking for alcohol and cigarettes and a prostitute looking for a customer. What a terrible experience stay away. I booked this place thinking it was a good stay close to campus for graduation weekend and boy what an awful stressful experience. It was so bad I had two other guests staying in a separate room and made other arrangements at 700.00 to ensure they were safe and comfortable somewhere else on grad wéekend. Stay away.
