Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The room is sparsely furnished but has all amenities needed. Friendly staff. Very nice hot breakfast.

Had to wait 40 minutes to check in as the only employee was talking to the owner about a shipment that was coming in for the sprinkler system and was to arrive before the fire inspector the next day. Then the room smelled of rotten eggs and had roaches all in it. We had to cancel and find a hotel at the last minute. Costing us significantly more money!!! Horrific!

The place should be torn down and rebuilt. You Can Anel the mole and you can’t use the heat or Air. Expedia wanted to refund my three nights but the hotel manager charged me for one of the nights. I ended up sleeping in my truck from around two am until about 6:30 am. It was bad.

The first night there I had to kill six bugs crawling around my room and on the nightstand. There were also two dead bugs in my bedding. They promptly switched me to a better room on a different floor but I did a thorough bug-sweep before retiring for the night. The breakfast was also nothing to write home about - but the service was very good! Nice people, prompt attention to concerns! You get what you pay for, I guess!

It was evident that the rooms had not been thoroughly cleaned after previous customers that owned pets. Pet hair was in the sheets after being pulled back.

Great breakfast, comfortable room. It seemed a bit old and the phone was incredibly dirty. I had to call down because there was no pillows or sheets and blanket for pull out couch. The bathroom door was so difficult to shut. When it was forced shut then you couldn’t get out. The breakfast was great!

Shower curtain is too short & water leaked onto the floor, there were dog hairs in one of the beds, it was so late, I shared a bed with my daughter, the electrical outlets for the coffee, and the hairdryer did not work, there was debris and dirt swept against the wall, where the desk is.

This hotel is one of my favorites when i have to stay here in Gainesville. Always clean, always friendly and competent staff. Love my room/bed every time. Comfortable and quiet. And has Hallmark channel lol
