Nice room. Comfy bed. Room 326 is one of the newly updated rooms that we thought was good. Pretty quiet place which was nice since we had our 2 dogs with. Only downsides here was the floor was kinda dirty so the maids need to clean better, and the bathroom could use some updating. I would stay here again.

Humidity problem

Our room was so humid that our clothes were damp in the morning. My hair was beyond frizzy. This was our second stay and I noticed the humidity the first time and thought it was bad luck. We stayed on a different floor and it was even worse. Another guest commented the same in the elevator. I won’t stay here again.

Do not stay here! The place is infested with roaches. First noticed a roach by the air conditioner. While trying to kill it notice 3 more smaller roaches in the corner. My son then looked on side of bed and there was another one. Also in the bathroom sink. At least 12 in the first hour. Went to the front desk and they offered to change my room. Upon entering the next room I put the lamp on and 3 roaches ran across the floor. The guy didnt seem to care like it was a normal thing. As we were walking down the hallway to leave the hotel another roach ran across the outside hallway floor. The entire building is infested. If I could give zero stars I would.

I really like this hotel because they don’t use carpet in any of the rooms. It’s a very clean hotel, nice breakfast, pool, close to Celebration Pointe. There are no frills, but a great value for the price.

The hotel rooms, elevators and halls all need updated! The parking is HORRIBLE!!! Tons of guests, including us, had to park our cars overnight in other local amenities parking lots!!! Not enough secure parking for guests. We will not stay here again.

Room was a little dirty.....the blinds.....the chair at the desk and the outside of the fridge. The tub drain was dirty and plug was broken. Some of the floor boards were loose.
