It was super crowded due to the hurricanes; the parking lot was a mess, but the staff was friendly and helpful. They did run out of towels and seemed overwhelmed by the crowds a little.

Absolutely disgusting roaches in every room, we didn’t even stay after being given 2 different rooms and both had roaches.,definitely do not recommend got videos and pictures if you wanna see the disgusting conditions.

We traveled with a dog. I wish there was a better dog walk area. There wasn’t much of a grassy area. We went to Dudley Park ( desk clerk’s suggestion) and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the sign that said permit required. It cost us $50 to walk our baby!

We were very pleased-and grateful-for our stay at this hotel. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. While they are remodeling, it wasn’t noisy (although it was a weekend stay), and the staff was helpful and courteous. Being pet-friendly, we were impressed with the tile/vinyl flooring, as often even the other pet-friendly hotels have carpet and we’re just not fans of that as pet owners. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Roaches infested
The room was filthy. There was dirt in every corner. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Roaches came out at night and got everywhere. They covered the floor and walls and in our bags. I checked out after one night because it’s not safe to have my kids in that room. Disgusting.

Our first time in this brand of hotel. It looks like a remodel of something else, but it worked well. The free breakfast was good and the beds are comfortable. Good value compared to the neighbors. I would do it again.
