Found multiple roaches. Also had a handycap room with a shower that we could not use, the seat was broken and did not raise in the shower rendering it unsafe for us to use. Was not told at check in. Asked for another room, said they didn’t have any but would get it fixed. Never did for the 7 days there. Unacceptable

The room was exactly what we expected on arrival-very clean. We stayed 6 full days. During that time we received 1 service for clean linens & room cleaning. We had a barking dog across the hall for an entire day into the evening. Breakfast during the week had no variety, until our last morning. Coffee had a bitter taste all week. Any time we talked to staff, they were all very pleasant.

The young man that checked us in was positively delightful! The room was fine but it had a handicapped button. I assume that meant it was handicapped accessible However the toilet was so low no handicapped person could use it. The faucets in the sink were very difficult to operate. Other than those things it was a pleasant stay

I love that is pet friendly. I took my Chihuahua and they were very nice and relaxed about it. The room was very clean and have a lot of things (big refrigerator, plates, sink, silverware). Has 2 separates room with tv, one with a couch and the other with a bed. Very comfortable.

Nice refuge from Milton
We evacuated from the recent hurricane. The room was nice and spacious, more than we needed. Really nice to have coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.
