Other Things to Note:

1. Construction Notice:
***The property is beginning to resurface the main pool. The heated pool will remain open and is set at a nice 92 degrees! Project completion date March 1. The area with the main pool will be closed for the duration of the work including the hot tub. Most of our winter guests only use the heated pool but it is never crowded. It is located across the driveway from the main pool so you will not be disturbed by the work. We have also arranged for our guests to have access to the cold pool next door at the Marriott if you prefer a cold pool and also the pools (heated and cold) and hot tub at the Dawn complex only 1 mile down.

***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.


2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation.

3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
Our customers tell us that they can't get enough of the helpful staff at this condo building. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Galveston Go Kart and Fun Center. Features include a water park and 1 hot tub. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a sofa bed.

Maravilla Resort Failure - Don't Book till Spring 2025. Location and Condo Just OK
I will begin with how it ended: We left early and didn't even use one night stay due to construction at the condo complex. We were told of amenity closures after our last deposit was due and that the Marriott property next door could be used as an alternate. We were not able to cancel without losing a significant portion of our paid monies. When we got to the complex/condo, the construction equipment vibrated the condo noticeably all day, and on our first morning there, lawn blowers were noisily prepping for exterior paint. Only two elevators were working. Enjoying the balcony was not possible due to jack hammers/construction equipment making noise. We were told by the front office construction would be completed Spring 2025. When we got the second notification one day before our check-in that the workout room would not be available, we spoke to the HOA Member owner and asked if we could be released from our rental agreement because the convenience of the amenities was no longer available as advertised. We were told no, and she only refunded us the pet deposit (19% of our overall charge). The condo itself was decorated like the pictures. Key items to note: There isn't seating for four people to eat at the kitchen counter, so one family member was always standing for meal time. Sheets/towels are not white so I wondered if they were clean. No beach towels were provided for use in the pools (not an issue since only the heated pool was available during our stay).

Donna is an awesome host! She reached out to me before I had too! The condo is awesome. I’ve been coming to Galveston for 50 years this is probably the cleanest and best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfy furniture, and a great mattress. Great Location

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay for two days .. when arriving the outer appearance of the property was not very pleasing but once in the condo it was very nicely done and clean and the sunrise view from the balcony is absolutely amazing...grounds definitely need updated the hot tub could use a upgrade for sure

Perfect Mother-Daughter Getaway
It was perfect for my college daughter and I plus her Corgi. We enjoyed the quiet beach time at the Seawall and the beach amenities provided were key to our pleasant beach experience. The condo is very nicely and comfortably furnished and the communication with the owner was excellent. Their was maintenance going on during our stay but we were kept informed.

Fabulous condo on the Beach
Beautifully re-done condo with great airy coastal decor and convenient location. Covered parking, your choice of several pools. Great view of the beach/ocean from your private balcony. Extra deep soaking tub, all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, comfy king sized bed, pull out sofa bed and two twin bunks, and luxury top notch finishes! You will be glad you came! Very easy to reach Property Manager and great to work with.

Weekend stay
The place had great view and was well located on Galveston's West End. They provided most of the amenities you would need. The only 2 things that I found as a negative was there was very little room for the kids. They had a bunk bed in the wall, and the photos seemed to suggest it had more room. The bunks are right next to the master bedroom. Also, construction was going on at the condos, and we weren't notified until the day of check in. Overall, it was a good time. I would stay here again, but maybe just with my wife next time.

This is just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The apartment was very clean and organized. Our boys loved sleeping in the little bunkbeds ! The apartment is small but it was perfect for our family since our kids are little and also made it very easy to clean up.

The condo was very well appointed. It has one of the best ocean views. Every detail of anything a guest would need for a very comfortable stay has been thought of. Only bring clothes and food items. Full kitchen and beds very comfortable. Donna Wade is so attentive and easy to work with. We were thoroughly refreshed staying there.

Pleased with this unit!

Fun downtown area, beautiful homes, wharf restaurants great. Gift shops were great. Don’t like all the parking fees. Gaidos restaurant was very special with amazing food and choices and top notch service. A drive to the west end proved very relaxing, quiet beaches and neighborhoods. Just a great 3 days, could spend more time in Galveston.

Overall, I'm disappointed in staying at this condo for the price; overall, it looks like a very old apartment building passing off a nice-looking condo inside. It's nice looking inside, but it was presented as a 4-adult stay but more for a young family with 2 babies. Overall, it was not the best experience. I wish I would have made a better decision on where to stay and not looked at the convenience by the beach.

July Vacation Stay
The Condo was nice and had all the amenities needed to make the vacation go easy. The only downfall was the GYM was closed due to construction but that was out of the hands of the Property owner. Across the street from the beach and pool was great wish they would stay open till midnight but that's just me pool closes at 11 so that acceptable.
