Galveston-saaren hiekkarannalla sijaitseva tämän merenrantakaupungin viehätys alkaa ainutlaatuisella ja unohtumattomalla ulkomuodolla. Sisällä pääasiallinen olohuone avautuu korkeilla kattoilla ja lukuisilla ikkunoilla, jotka tarjoavat luonnollista valoa ja henkeäsalpaavat merinäkymät. Yläkerroksen kansi kääri talon rannan ympärille ulkona sijaitsevalle näköalapaikalle, josta on 180 asteen näkymä rannalle ja merelle.

Vierailunne aikana

Käytä saapumistasi talon rannalla olevaa ylemmän tason käärettävää kansiota etuoven avaamiseen. Etuovi on varustettu avaimeton sisääntulojärjestelmä, joten voit kirjoittaa koodisi vain kirjoittaaksesi kotiin. Tämä tekee yksinkertaisesta ja kätevästä sisäänkirjautumisprosessista.

Tartu joitain rantaleluja ja mene lyhyelle kävelylle yksityisellä polulla rannalle suoraan kodin edessä. Voit viettää aikaa ryhmäsi kanssa rannalla rakentamalla hiekkalinnoja, surffailla boogie-lauduilla tai rentoutua vain kannettavan aurinkovarjon alla. Palaa taloon helposti koko päivän napataksesi välipalan tai levätä. Alemmalla terassilla sijaitsee kätevä ulkosuihku, joka huuhtelee hiekka ennen tuloaan.

Alempi terassi tarjoaa myös erinomaisen varjostuksen päivisin kuumimpana aikana ja siinä on hiilen säleikkö hampurilaisille tai pihveille. Voit pelata hevosenkengän takapihalla grillaamalla tai istua vain varjossa heiluttavalla tuolilla nauttiaksesi näkymästä. Istumapaikat ulkona sijaitsevat sekä yläkerrassa että alakerrassa.

Sinulla on pääsy myös naapurimaiden kalastuslaiturille saaren lahden puolella. Tämä on loistava paikka viettää aikaa kalastuksessa tai rapistamisessa ryhmäsi kanssa. Kalastuspaikat, kalaverkko, kosketusrasia ja taskurapujen siimat tarjotaan vieraiden käyttöön talossa. Valokuva naapuruston kalastuslaiturista on lähetetty kiinteistöluetteloon.

Iltaisin voit seurata ohjelmaa tai elokuvaa perhehuoneessa olevien Roku- ja DVD-soittimien avulla. Viihdettä varten tarjotaan myös ilmainen WIFI, lautapelejä ja kirjoja. Pääosaston avoin pohjaratkaisu ja korkeat katot luovat mukavan tilan viettää iltaa perheen tai ystävien kanssa.

Nice layout and well stocked for a family (6 people). Quiet area of the island. The little shop across the street was convenient for last minute needs. Beach access was great and the area was clean. Bringing a wagon would have been a real plus to save trips back and forth.

Great location and fun house
This is our second visit to this property. The location is awesome, and the layout of the house works really well for us. We stayed with my elderly parents, who took the downstairs bedroom. My husband, my son, and I slept upstairs. The beach is right out your front door. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues with some maintenance that had been done on the house, but the property manager addressed our concerns quickly.

Location is the best!!! The property was clean and nice. It was Well equipped but need to improve some details as the shower curtain and some others minor things . But overall it was great. We had a nice long weekend with the family.

Nice space on the beach.
We have enjoyed 2 stays in this property and it is clean, comfortable and located on the beach which is important to us. It does seem that this property needs some updating and cosmetic work ( trim paint etc). Also, the drawer face of the silverware drawer in the kitchen came off when pulled and shows wear and tear. In addition, there are lots of ants and gnats. We purchased ant traps but they should have been in place. We also found the lockbox to be difficult.

Comfortable spot right on the beach.
Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room for everyone to have their own quiet time as well as comfortable living room and dining space for hanging out together. The location cannot be beat— right on the beach with unobstructed views and plenty of sand. Equipped with everything you’d need to never leave/ plenty of beach toys and umbrellas, kitchen with all the cooking tools you’ll need, and a small grocery store less than a block away. Excellent communication from property management and easy check-in and simple check-out process. Will be back!

Great location, spectacular views
Perfect size home for our family of 6, plus a friend. Home had everything we could possibly need and then some. Can't beat the proximty to the beach, just right outside the back door, and felt like we had our own private peice of the beach. Views from all the windows and doors were beautiful day and night. We had a great stay!

Booked a 10 day stay and found this property very nice. The view is excellent and as I say in the review title, we were out of the crowds that are typical in Galveston. Very relaxing. Be aware there is a pretty steep spiral stairway to access the upstairs bedrooms (the large master bedroom is downstairs) which could be a challenge for an older or limited mobility person. That aside the property is excellent.

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, well-stocked, and attractive. Our one big issue was the mosquitoes because they hung around us the moment we left the stairs, regardless of the weather, time of day, or bug spray. We learned to sprint through the backyard all the way to the edge of the water to avoid the little vampires. Other than that, the house was great! We spent several evenings sitting on the deck and enjoying the view of the gulf.

Perfect house for a small group
We had such a great stay! The house was very clean and cozy, and the location was ideal. It can be hard to find rentals for just a small group and this was perfect for the 5 of us. Everything was well-stocked and perfect for our visit. We hope to be back again soon!

Fantastic time
There were 6 in our group all of which are retired. We had the best time and the house and accommodations were perfect for our group. We all laughed and said “what happens in Galveston stays in Galveston”. Our kids and grand kids wouldn’t believe what a great time we had. The house was right on the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. We would definitely this hime and the price was great!

Loved our daily walks down the beach, unwinding on the top deck with a cocktail, perfect breeze and the sound of the waves. It was just what i needed. The only downfall, no good restaurants in the area. House was stocked with everything you could need plus some. Very homey!

Super Blue Moon Stay
We love this property! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures. I spent most of my 5 days on the porch enjoying the view, the surf, the sunrises and moonrises. The location is quiet, and the beach is a pedestrian beach, so there aren't many people around. In the mornings, there are some people walking their dogs, but most of the day, it feels like a private beach. I loved the outside shower and the swing on the lower level. There are plenty of chairs on the porch. Bring mosquito spray. The first two days, there weren't any mosquitos, but the rest of the time, they were bad. I appreciated the beach towels provided. They were extra-large and plush. During our stay from August 27 through September 1, we did not see or experience any tar on the beach. The air conditioner worked great! Our entire experience was wonderful! The house is clean, comfortable and cool!! We rented a golfcart from Rick's and they delivered it right away and picked it up on time. Be aware the beach is pedestrian and golf carts (or any motorized vehicle) is not allowed. There are 3 or 4 places to ride the cart right down to the water and in the neighborhood across the street, there is a marina, a pool, a store, and a restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

We didnt want to leave!!
We spent 4 nights and were very sad to have to leave! We loved everything about this place. A couple things we loved: - Cleanliness - Everything you could need to be able to cook from home - Really appreciated the makeup remover wipes (because i forgot to pack mine). Also the makeup mirror in the bathroom! - A/C worked amazingly!! - Cant beat the location, being on the beach was our favorite part. The walk to the beach is a short one and we loved all the windows that let us see the beach from the inside. The uniquely shaped windows were really cool too. The "dome" shape of the house was so cute and added to the uniqueness of the property. It made it easy for us to distinguish which house was ours when arriving too. - Loved the swing at the bottom of the house, we spent a lot of time down there. - There is a decent sized yard with beautiful grass which our fur babies appreciated. - Love the secluded location of the house on the island too. It's very peaceful, beach was not crowded at all. There are plenty of local restaurants within 10 minutes to choose from too if you'd like to go out. - Highly recommend Rick's Beach Rentals, The Galvestonite Bistro and Seven Seas Grocery for any of your needs! Long story short, we already can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this property for my husband's birthday. The view was amazing. Nice decor updates. Kitchen and Bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and house really clean. We had a great time and will definitely rent again.
