You will have easy access to the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while enjoying a more private feel at the beach. The home is professionally managed and well-stocked so you can pack light, rest easy, and fully enjoy your vacation.
THE HOME
Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at this clean and well-maintained home nestled close to the sandy beaches of Galveston, Texas. Perfectly designed for a family vacation, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The primary bedroom and bedroom #2 both feature a queen-size bed while bedroom #3 has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. An open floor plan joins the family room, dining room, and kitchen together. The openness of this house is further accentuated by a vaulted ceiling providing ample space for you and your group to spend time together. Even more impressive is the outdoor space provided by this home. Outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a TV have all been provided for guest enjoyment on the ground level and the garage has been remodeled into a secondary kitchen and half bathroom. The secondary kitchen features a microwave, blender, tons of cabinet space, running water, and a fridge/freezer combination. No need to run upstairs for another cold drink. You can even choose to bring everything to the lower patio for a nice BBQ dinner together. The first level bathroom has its obvious benefits as well. These unique additions help to make spending time with friends and family at this home more convenient and fun.
LOCATION
Located close to the beach, you have the option of walking or taking a short drive. There is a neighborhood beach park and pocket beaches that offer parking very close to the home. Please be aware that if you intend to walk to the beach you will need to cross the main thoroughfare on the island which can be busy and not recommended for unaccompanied children. Another option is to simply drive a golf cart… There is a nearby company that will drop off and pickup the golf cart for you at a reasonable fee. The golf cart rental company contact information is listed in our guest app which can be easily accessed after booking your reservation.
STOCKED ITEMS
This home is well stocked starting with a kitchen that has just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients! All beds are made prior to your arrival with clean sheets. Freshly laundered hand, bath, and beach towels are provided. You will also find the home is stocked with a starter kit including necessities such as paper towels and toilet paper. These items are intended to make your initial arrival comfortable before having the chance to go shopping. You may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group.
NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
You will have access to the neighborhood fishing pier which is an excellent place for both fishing and crabbing. In addition, there is a community pool open 7 days a week in the summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. You will need to purchase a pass from the HOA office which is open M - F from 9AM - 5PM and located next to the community pool. The pass typically costs $100 but may vary. Although we are unable to provide the phone number for the Sea Isle HOA office in this listing, their phone number and address are provided in our guest app.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time as we are unable to provide early check-ins. If you arrive to the island before 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip.
Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees.
HOUSE RULES
EARLY CHECK-INS: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: All guests must be over the age of 30 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly property. 2 dogs maximum. Both dogs must be under 25 pounds. Cats are not permitted. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee. When completing your reservation, be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests. This will automatically add the pet fee to your reservation. If you bring a pet without permission, you will be charged the $50 pet fee plus a $200 penalty fee. Please let us know ahead of time.
*This home is equipped with an outdoor camera for added security and may also be used to confirm violation of house rules.
Violations of house rules may result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Examples include additional guests not listed on your reservation, unauthorized pets, violation of property age requirements, parties, etc.
