House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Great experience for our first time in Galveston.
Russell was very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns we had. He was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was affordable. Property was very well kept and maintained. Location is very close to the main street. Beach access was not too far. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We are definitely coming back.

Body hair and yuck in all the sheets. Neighborhood sketchy. Older persons may not like because of steep stairs. Upon arrival the door was wide open (literally) We had to have home searched before we let anyone in.

Overall pleased with stay
We chose this property as an overnight stay to allow us to be in Galveston the next morning for our wedding. The property host accommodated very well. The location is just around the corner from the sea wall. The inside of the house looks newly renovated and was very clean. Overall a great stay.
