Just as advertised!
Cute, cozy little house, steps from the beach. If you're looking for all things up to date, high tech, modern - this isn't the place for you. But it was cozy, had all the things we needed and in a great location. It was fully equipped with all the essential things. Easy communication with Vanessa; she was great. It's a small house, but well organized and good use of all spaces. We went over Thanksgiving so the beachfront was quiet, but I can see how in the busy season, it can get a bit noisy/crowded because of the public beach access. Oh, the little yard was perfect for my dog!

Very quite and clean
House was very clean and in order, short walk to beach was nice . House was supplied with everything you would need to have, I would recommend this place to anyone and plan to rent again in the future. FYI not a big deal , but a movie channel would be be great.

Amazing
It was amazing, it was a short walk to the beach and the inside felt very homey. If I had to say something bad about it ig it would be the front door it was sort of difficult to open and close it needed some force. But other than that we have no complaints. It’s a beautiful place for any family to stay.

My husband and I love this place! It’s the perfect location on the beach. The wrap around porch offers phenomenal views. The fenced in yard is great for the fur baby. The mattress offered many nights of wonderful sleep.

Summer half week stay
Great little getaway for a relaxing summer trip. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots/pans, great view from the porch in the high patio chairs, downstairs shower and hose were super handy, and the charcoal grill was nice to use. Dehumidifier helped with the moisture from going in and out to the patio, but also puts out a bit of heat, so best to run it with the bedroom doors closed at night, otherwise hard to get the rooms cool enough. Owners were great about communication by texting after having checked in. Gave info about the de-humidifier and that they had an exterminator out recently. Would be nice if there was direct access to the beach, but folks vacationing between our house and the beach were friendly and had no problem with us using their path.

The property was in the perfect location and very clean upon arrival. Vanessa, the property manager, was responsive to all texts and emails promptly. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Wifi and family games were there for entertainment at night. We would totally book this property again!

Great beach house for little getaway
Great house for a little getaway for our family of 5 humans & two dogs! Walked into house & were welcomed with a clean smell & all the blinds open. We loved the fenced in yard for the dogs & enjoyed the patio under the house. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances & anything you would need to prepare a meal. Bathroom’s were stocked with enough towels & toiletries, which was a nice touch. You are literally steps to the beach & we appreciated the chairs & sand toys available for our use. All we needed was our beach towels. Vanessa was quick to answer any questions & always available. We will definitely be back for a longer trip next time as we didn’t want to leave.

The host, Vanessa, was incredibly hospitable and helpful. My family and dog had a great stay at the adorable cottage. The fenced -in yard and deck/patio were perfect and the house was steps from the beach. Will definitely come back again!

Hostess Vanessa reached out to us several times in can we needed anything. The cottage was wonderful and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, glassware etc. Very short walk to beach and fenced yard for a dog. AC worked well. Very nice stay, house fit our needs perfectly..

Great Beach house!
We loved this house for our visit to Galveston. The location was just steps from the beach and the porch lent itself to beautiful views of the beach and the sunset on the bay side. The inside was very clean and recently updated and we were all very comfortable there (including the pup). We did reach out to the property manager, Vanessa, regarding the stove and she was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer Beach Getaway
If you are looking for a close walk (or golf cart ride) to the beach, look no further. This little beach front house has it all. Plenty of relaxing time spent here with our family of 4 plus our dog. Thank you for the relaxing getaway!

Love this houae
Great location, 2nd row but the view was totally unobstructed. Nice porch, 2 min walk to the beach. House was equipped with anything you might need for cooking. House was very clean, Owners were prompt to answer any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay so much that we requested an extra night. Go to Galveston every year and we will def stay here again. Can’t wait to return.
