Welcome to League Lofts 204– a cozy, chic single bedroom loft just steps from the best restaurants, bars and shopping in downtown Galveston. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and en suite bathroom. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip.

Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal.

Beach access: Less than a 4 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: One pet is welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Lovely Loft in Great Location/ Secure
This loft is in a great location, conveniently located and walking distance to several popular restaurants and shops. The loft has been updated with a large functional kitchen, washer/ dryer and furnished well. Door code required to enter the building! Definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable Unit, Great Location
The unit was very clean and the natural light from the living room windows was awesome. It's an old building so you will hear creaks in the floor and sounds from the streets, but to us, it only added to the charm of the building. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay again.

Quick getaway
We loved this loft. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It had everything we needed! The ceiling fan in the bedroom kept the room super cold during the summer which we loved! Wish it had an elevator instead of stairs but we managed. The location was great! We could walk to all of our restaurants and shopping on the strand and the beach and seawall were a minute drive. We would definitely book this place again!

Historic and Clean
This property was situated right in the heart of downtown with an amazing view of the 1809 St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The property consisted of both a 1900 nostalgia and modern updates where it mattered most. The free bikes allowed us to experience the seawall during the day while our evenings were spent walking the downtown shops and restaurants. Would recommend this property and its management to anyone seeking a nice island getaway.
