The hotel and service was excellent. The only down side was we booked this hotel based on the pool, but we learned it was closed for the season after checking in. Not the hotels fault as Expedia advertised it had a pool.

Beautiful view and pleasant and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the water takes too long to get hot and there is a slight smell in the hallways that reminds me of damp carpet.

good location, lumpy beds
okay. room was pleasant and it was pretty clean, good location, not in a congested part of island. the only issue was that both beds in the room were really uncomfortable. I've had a better night's sleep in youth hostel bunk beds.

Dated hotel but beds were newer. Right on the Seawall but not walking distance to shopping or dining. Pool is not as appears in the pictures, and was closed but not mentioned in booking. Nov is considered offseason. Only select few rooms on the ocean side most face east west.

Loved being right on Seawall Blvd. with great views of the Gulf from the balconies out front. Really appreciated desk manager Robert’s dining suggestions. Biggest negative was poor internet.

This property was terrible. Ran down, out dated, not clean to standards. The parking was awful. Go down under hotel and park in a construction zone. Never seen an IHG in such bad shape. the breakfast area has towels and cleaners sitting all around food, waffle maker was broke, plastic laying on top of muffins and croissants. What in the world was going on? Do not recommend.
