Second night. Complained again of the slamming of doors. And to add the room above us.. well let’s just say we thought they were going to come through the floor I talked to the front desk and he supposedly talked with the tenants.. well they are still going strong.. I am extremely unhappy. Two nights with issues both nights!!! I would like a refund!!!!

Day and night it seemed like they were working on the floor above us, there was heavy stomping. I'm glad I wasn't there a lot. The lobby is humid I broke a sweat getting ice on my floor. I did have the TV on which you could bearly hear on blast and there Bluetooth speaker dint work. The staff WAS REAL NICE, BUT THE NIGHT GUY HAD AN ATTITUDE LIKE IF WE GOT THE ROOM FOR FREE OR SOMETHING.

Very nice hotel & property. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice & clean, however the shades did not go all the way down so in the morning the light came in. Anytime you sat, turned, laid on the bed it made a loud awful noise. Each time the tv was off it was difficult to get a picture on it.

The room has a few quirks: one of the bedside lamps was missing a lampshade and the other did not work, there was a chaise underneath a low-hanging lamp, and the entire hotel smelled of cleaning chemicals from the moment the door to the lobby opened. That was concerning because we try to keep chemicals out of our lungs. It was clean and tidy, the lobby was large with plenty of seating for breakfast, and the staff checked us in with no issues. The pool was large enough for several people but we opted to walk to the end of the street and play in the ocean instead. Very easy access to beautiful beaches!
