Totally updated in 2019. New kitchen, bathroom , floors and furniture. Must be 25 yrs old to rent. Features hall twin bunks, queen bedroom, and queen size pull out sofa bed. Convenient to Strand, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and Schlitterbahn, plus, just a short walk down to the beach!
Complex has two pools, condo overlooks big pool which is heated during the chilly months, think Mardi Gras! there is also a fitness center, tennis courts, restaurant, and an adorable child's pool complete with beach entrance and splash mushroom! Close to many shops and eateries. Free WIFI. Professionally cleaned after each guest leaves.

Had a blast
In summary, we had a great stay. The check-in process was a breeze, the location was perfect, and communication with the host was how it should be. Normally, I would not leave five stars for any portion secondary to there always being room to improve, but I was compelled to put in a few 5s because I couldn't nitpick or ask for more in those portions. Thank you to the host for helping facilitate our little family outing.

Convenient to Beach and Restaurants
Nice small well equipped condo and very convenient to Beach. Nice pool area and view from balcony . Easy check in and parking. Only complaint was that the elevators broke down on 2nd day. My husband had foot surgery so he wasn’t too happy using the stairs.

This is a 10 out of 10
Hey guys, if you are looking for a clean, cozy place for two people to get away, this is the place. (Also bunk beds for kiddo's) The host makes everything so easy with great communication. This is an updated condo with very beachy decor and colors. You can really relax on the balcony overlooking the pool. We will be back and look forward to this unit being available. Family getaway
The location is super convenient to the beach access. Pool was great. We spent our evenings in the property playing board games and cooking every day. The previous occupants had put up some utensils and dishes not well washed, so we had to rewash some things at first. Primary bed was very comfortable, and kids slept well on the bunk beds. We needed this time away and I’m happy with our time at this property!

Great place!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is excellent, close to all the major attractions and convenient for exploring the area. The apartment is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is great with communication, making the whole process seamless. Everything was great! The condo was clean, the bed’s extremely comfortable and the A/C worked great! We didn’t experience the properties amenities because we were there for a soccer tournament. But both nights my wife and I wound down on the corner patio and watched others enjoy the pool and outdoor pavilion area. The host was extremely thorough before, during, and after the trip. The front desk lady even commented on how much they love his thoroughness. Would definitely stay there again, couldn’t be happier with the stay!

We had a great place to stay while we were in Galveston. The condo was neat and clean, the amenities were great. Easy access to the beach and anything else you could want to do. The property is just so nice and relaxing. And finally Michael is a great host who is just a phone call away.

Nice home away from home.
Very nice, clean, well maintained home like feeling condo! The owner does a great job communicating and seems like they truly care that you have a good experience. The complex itself is not the newest. The pools were clean and very well upkept with what looked like new pool furniture. The complex hallways felt outdated at first sight but are well lit and feel safe after dark. Mostly laid back working class people staying there. We had a really good time there. Right across the road from the beach, walking distance to Walmart and many restaurants near by.

Our unit was spotless. A small but well appointed kitchenette. Nice balcony. Comfy beds. Parking was easy. The beach was across the street but we also enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Tons of shopping places with grocery nearby. Tons of good restaurants too.

The apartment was fine. Had problems with the elevators not working. The people above us on 3rd floor were making noise. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Other than that all OK.

one elevator was broken, which happens, but the other wasn't much better. The doors opened so slowly that we had to pull them open. Only reason we used them was getting there and leaving because we had a wagon. We used the stairs the rest of the time. The garbage cans were overflowing in the parking areas. People were super friendly. LOVED the covered parking since the weather was in the triple digits. Our condo was super cute and cozy.

Fabulous beach weekend!
