Beautiful views, pleasant rooms
My 2nd stay at this property, close enough to Galway and with better prices, much larger rooms & better views than what get in Galway city centre accommodation. Overall a great stay, only thing to note is the soundproofing isn't very good. Could hear practically every word the guests in next door room were saying, and you hear lots of noise from the corridors. On the plus side, the rooms are well organized and have lovely big windows with views of the hotel's pretty gardens and the ocean. The leisure centre is nice, I used the pool and sauna.

The coastal views were breathtaking. Driving in and out was easy- even if you are an American adjusting to Irish driving rules (lots of space and room to learn how to park when you see the road from the right hand seat). Great access to Galway and the harbor if you wish to take a ferry to the Aran Islands.

Unfortunately lots of loud people in the corridors late last night so interrupted my sleep. There was a wedding happening at the hotel so maybe why. Also the windows rattled all night so not ideal. Blood on the head board, pretty gross. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful, food delicious, pool facilities good. No fridge or bath so I think the pricing for this hotel with noise and other things considered is over priced.

Perfect getaway only minutes to Galway! Amazing view and away from the hustle and bustle. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Pay for an upgraded/corner room with complete ocean view. It’s worth it.

Other than lugging my bag up some stairs—and both times I was offered assistance—it was a lovely stay. This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Loved it.
