Flawless
Check in was flawless, welcomed by the floor staff, receptionist, and given a lovely welcome drink, truly enjoyed. Asked for a late check in and the receptionist was so accommodating and just lovely to us. Called then to get breakfast in bed for 11am and it was delivered bang on time and lovely and hot. Top marks!!

Such a beautiful hotel and the view of the lake is simply stunning. It is a walking distance from the town, and the staff was very attentive.

This property was not only beautiful but the staff were exceptional! They were friendly and helpful and they couldn’t have done any more to make our stay special! Would totally recommend the G Hotel and spa!

Enjoyed our overnight stay but disappointed with the small things that we really expected to be better in a5-star hotel. Cleanliless and comfort very good and staff very nice but service very slow (not enough staff working!) and breakfast options disappointing

Loved the property and the spa. Great thermal suite and massage. Downside were the protesters right outside, which we could hear all day.

Property was a walk to the city. The room was in need of major cleaning. Dirty caulk around the vanity and tub that needs to be removed and redone. Dirty walls in the bath need to be repainted.
