Hotel bem localizado, funcionários bem educados e prestativos, bom café da manhã. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado que estava com problema e no terceiro dia solicitamos a troca de quarto. O quarto solicitado era pra 03 pessoas, sendo 01 criança. Era pra ter uma cama auxiliar, porém a mesma não estava em condições de uso. Após troca do quarto que solicitamos tudo foi resolvido e funcionando muito bem.

Razoável, mas pelo preço esperava mais. Quando chegamos nos colocaram num quarto muito pequeno. Eu quase não entrava no box. Éramos 3 pessoas e no quarto tinha um sofá-cama que não estava armado e não tinha jogo de cama para a terceira pessoa. Armamos o sofá-cama e pedimos o jogo de cama, quando montamos tudo, vimos que tinha um buraco nessa cama auxiliar com parafusos que poderiam machucar a pessoa. Informamos isso e tivemos que trocar de quarto de meia noite. No segundo quarto, o espaço foi bem mais aceitável para 3 pessoas, porém a pia e o ralo da parte do chuveiro estavam entupidos. O café da manhã foi muito básico. Poucas opções. Nada muito positivo ou negativo. A localização é muito boa. O estacionamento é complicado. Se você quiser sair a noite e voltar tarde, provavelmente fica sem vaga de estacionamento e vai ter que estacionar na rua. E se estacionar na parte de trás do hotel, vai perceber que as vagas ficam muito apertadas para carros um pouco maiores.

Hotel novo, café da manhã normal, atendimento na recepção poderia melhorar. Um dos dias nosso quarto não foi limpo nem arrumado, mesmo com o aviso na porta. Na recepção nos falaram que iriam nos colocar num quarto para frente e nos deram um para os fundos. Para uma cidade turistica, mesmo sendo um patrão Ibis, tem de ajustar alguns aspectos.

Ótimo local para curtir o frio em Garanhuns
Hotel de boa localização. Não fica em avenida principal, isso faz com que o barulho da avenida não incomode. Instalações estão novas. Possui estacionamento com alta rotatividade, se lotado, há a possibilidade de estacionar nos arredores sem problema. Café da manhã bom e variado. Voltaria com certeza.

Bom, mas não excepcional.
O hotel é simples, mas em Garanhuns não há muitas opções de hotéis bons. Quarto pequeno, mas silencioso. Banheiro pequeno, mas limpo. Cama meio dura, mas lençóis e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã simples, mas suficiente. Enfim, para uma estadia para poucos dias está OK. O hotel ainda oferece estacionamento, uma pequena academia, elevador, quartos para deficientes e está bem localizado.
