- the entire house could use some cleaning - hot water was cut off way quickly - when windy, the window downstair bedroom, next to the bunkbed room, was noisy

Beautiful place
Walking into this home was breathtaking! I loved the look of the appliances and how user friendly every thing was in the kitchen. Every room had it's own TV and the hot tub topped it off! It would be nice if in the future they put up some privacy walls or fence or something next to the back porch. We kind of felt quite watched the whole time we were in the hot tub by the neighbors but never saw anyone, and when they came outside and totally minded their own business and left us alone, we were super gr8ful. This place is totally the dream vacation home and don't hesitate renting it. It was Awesome!!! Only a few minute drive to Bear Lake where we made lasting Memories!!!!

The home had great space for a large family group.
This property is in a new development and appears to be recently completed within the subdivision. There are several new homes in the construction phase surrounding the property. Landscaping still needs to be completed as well as a few construction fixes in the home. The appliances are high-end, pool table is a plus, and the hot tub was really nice. The downstairs is spacious, again with high-end furniture and TV. The 6 bedrooms accommodated our group of 16; beds and bunks were comfortable and each room had a TV. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The sliding door to access the patio doesn't lock but does have a board to block opening it. The patio, however, is very small and only accommodates the hot tub and a small grill. Would recommend installing a hot tub shelf for the cover as there is limited space to store it when not in use. The kitchen could use more dishes but overall is well-equipped. Lastly, watch going down the stairs to access the hot and pool as the hand rail has not been sanded and can get slivers, the steps are narrow, and there is a slight cement step just past the stairs that needs to be marked somehow to avoid tripping.
