Wether you come to Bear Lake for boating, swimming, biking, 4-wheeling, or skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, this is the perfect family friendly home base.

This home is walking distance from The Pickleville Playhouse, Ideal Beach, and Bear Lake bike path. It is a 5 minute drive to Sweetwater Golf Course, Bear Lake State Park Marina and raspberry shakes in Garden City. It is also a 20 minute drive in the winter to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, which is one of the less expensive resorts in Utah. A weekend here will cost you less than a day at any of the big resorts surrounding Salt Lake.

The home has 1 king bed in a master suite and 2 queen bedrooms on the main level. There are 3 bunk rooms in the lower level two which will each accommodate up to 6 people and one that will hold 4. The large sectional in the basement can be reconfigured into two additional queen sized sleeping areas. There are 3 full bathrooms.

This is a family friendly home with 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, and 2 toddler chairs. There is a grill for use in the garage. The open kitchen can accommodate large groups between the table, seating at the island, and a computer table.

The house is equipped with WiFi, a smart television, USB jacks on the nightstands, and plugs and USB charging points in the computer table in the kitchen. There are also two laundry rooms; one upstairs and one down.

There is additional parking for boats by the pool (future) and in front of the house on the gravel parking area.

We have seen foxes, deer, geese, livestock, and other wildlife around and on the property.
