Despite the horrible reviews this hotel has,for me and my family was a nice stay. They cleaned the room every day,pool was clean,easy check in and out.everybody just has a different experience i will be returning.

The location was good but the property was horrible. Upon checkin, I was informed of a $25 a day free for parking, despite already paying a high price for the room. I spoke with a Hotel staff over the phone prior to booking my stay and was told the parking fee would be waived. The staff who checked me in was rude when I questioned the fee and did not confirm I was being charged until I asked if I was being charged. Long line at check in with only two employees checking in guests while two managers stood around. One elevator the button for our floor didn’t work so we had to go the floor above ours and walk down one floor to our room. Another elevator shook a lot. As for the room I have had better rooms at super 8 hotels. The pullout bed mattress was gross, brown stains on both sides. The king bed sounded like it was breaking apart every time I got out of bed. Holes in the curtains, burn marks on the nightstand tables, holes in the shower wall where a towel bar would have been and the shower drain cover was not attached to the drain. I asked to have to room cleaned one day but that never happened. The following day I made sure the front desk put in the computer to clean the room. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay at this hotel again.

Property needs some help. Leaky AC unit, leaks in the lobby, gift shop and coffee shop open with very limited hours. Would not come back.

Comfortable, clean place to relax,.. enjoy!

Very nice and plenty of room for privacy if staying with freinds or family. Couch in front room tuns into a sofa bed, with tv in both rooms. Everything worked freat, with coffe maker and coffee added as well! Soap, shampoo and conditioner for bath, and offerd bottled water to take to eoom from the desk clerk. Room and entir2 plaxe was nice and clean and staff were freindly and helpfull! Impressed and will stay again!

Wow this was an extremely interesting experience. Our toilet was overflowed by housekeeping and seeped onto many of our clothes. Then the bed broke and fell on one of my family members feet. I would never return.
