The stuff in this hotel will steal your personal items, this happened to me. Then claim how can I prove I had it. I was told this by an employee working in the front desk can’t remember his name! instead of helping recover the stolen items from their employees knowing they had my bag in their possession. They stole an expensive item out of my bag! Then I was able to get my bag back from them, but they had already looked through it and managed to steal it and never returned it. I felt validated, embarrassed and at the same time accused instead of them taking responsibility for their action. Terrible experience 0 trust in this hotel and its employees.

DO NOT STAY HERE, false advertising with photos
This is a very run down hotel. The rooms were disgusting and run down and I did not feel comfortable at all staying there. The price for this place is ridiculous for how run down it is. I felt like I was staying in a 2 star motel not hotel. There was holes in the walls and doors. Rust in the bath tubs, the carpet was ripped and filthy. The couch in the living area was broken. I will never pay that much nor stay here ever again. The only positive was the staff was friendly.

Perfect location for our Disney visit. The staff was excellent and the free breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Disneyland.

The staff here is great!! The rooms are run down and tiny. They could use some major updating. Locks on doors barely work. Toilets barely work. Showers barely work. Water pressure is horrible. As great and friendly as the staff is we will definitely never return.

Wifi is not included as stated in Hotel description. You must be a Mariott member to obtain Wifi and it is not very strong. Stronger wifi available for a charge. Hot water in shower did not get very warm. Enjoyed that 2nd room in suite was catered to children and families (i.e., bed setup, bathroom sink and toilet lowered to accomodate kids height). Hotel is very convinient and plenty to do around the area when not visiting theme park. Breakfast was great! Would recommend. Pool is not heated.
