Never Ever stay here unless it’s the last motel on earth. The man as check in was nice, but that’s the only positive. The room smelled musty and the area just felt very unsafe. I wanted to get ice and was reluctant- even at four in the afternoon. I ate my hamburger, feeling really uneasy, then decided if I wouldn’t go get ice in the daytime, it would only be worse after dark. I left and went to another hotel. Worst part is that I paid nearly $100. I’ll be contacting Hotels.com about a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. Pool? It’s a hole in the ground. Literally. No water. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Hands down

The door wasnt square with the frame. There was a good sized gap on the bottom left corner. The floor could have used a sweeping as I felt some grit on mt feet walkong barefooyt. Not filthy really.

Found a roach in the toilet when we arrived. The towel off the rack had dirt from the rust off the bars. The sheets had dirt in them.

No coffee in the breakfast area and no one to help. Also no jelly for the toast. Could not log in their wi-fi. Mirror in bathroom looks nice but poor light for women to put on makeup etc

Key card had to keep being up updated everyday. Found bugs in our room. No pool like advertised. Didn’t stay the whole time was the worst experience ever at a hotel.

Average stay with minor issues

Not a bad place to stay. Doesn’t look very pleasing on the outside but, inside is nice. The way the room is arranged doesn’t really seem logical. The TV and dresser are to the right of the bed. My love and I like to play games using the TV and, it’s really hard to sit comfortably on the bed trying to watch TV. Would make way more sense to have the bed facing the tv instead of the window when your view is just a parking lot. When we got into the room its was easily 80 degrees and took a while to cool down. Also had a bunch of flies in the room. The remote was missing for the TV. Again, we like to play games and need us of a TV. Plus my love falls asleep with it on. We contacted the front desk and they were able to supply us with a remote. Can’t set a timer on the TV though. Pool is completely drained, but even if it was full, it’s completely exposed to the sun. It looked clean like it could be used but, just didn’t have any water. We brought our service dog because it was the only hotel that advertised in the area as being dog friendly. When we checked in, they told us “no smoking, no dogs.” There’s even a sign which shows there is a charge for dogs which didn’t make sense for him to say that. I informed him about the dog and showed the service dog certificate and that was the end of that conversation. Overall, pretty average stay. The people were friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs. Ice machine makes great ice. Inexpensive as well.

The room had bug and the light on the ceiling had dead bugs in it. There was gaps around the door that you could look straight through and see daylight. The color on the tv wasn't good. The shower handle the covering behind it was loose. I took pictures and will not go back to the hotel or recommend this place. It was not worth the 100 bucks for the room.
