We are located less than 2 miles from the summit of Ober Mountain, the local mountain sports are with skiing & snow-tubing (in season), ice skating, attractions, restaurants, and more. They offer clothing & equipment rentals as well as a ski-school!

KITCHEN - Well-equipped kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker and K-cup machine, plenty of cookware for those big meals, and more than enough dinnerware and utensils for the whole group. The refrigerator and dishwasher are large capacity models to handle all of the food and dirty dishes. For convenience, there are 2 microwaves!
DINING - The dining table seats 10-12 people and more at the counter seats. This area has a large picture window with a gorgeous view of Mt. LeConte.
LIVING ROOM - In the living area, there are 3 sofas, large Samsung HDTV, and a stacked-stone fireplace (open Oct 1 - Mar 31). Step out the French doors onto the upper deck and relax on one of the sofas or chairs with an amazing mountain vista.
DECKS - 2 broad decks allow great mountain views. A large hot tub that seats 7. Our deck furniture includes a pub table set, rockers, and conversation set — all to provide a place to relax and enjoy the view.
INTERNET/WORK - The main level has a desk for work and our high-speed Internet service with the latest mesh Wi-Fi technology lets many devices be online without interference.

Once reserved here, we will send a confirmation message with a link to our secure website and instructions to finalize your booking with us within 24 hours, or your reservation may be canceled.
The Renter of record must:
・meet the required minimum age;
・provide a credit card for the security deposit;
・be present during entire stay;
・upload a valid government-issued ID;
・sign our rental agreement; and,
・provide names & ages of the entire party.
When done, we will provide check-in information 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival in the ARRIVAL section of the digital guidebook.
Pricing is updated frequently based on occupancy, demand, and other factors. Rates are not locked in until the property is fully reserved.
We are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off, early arrivals, or late checkouts.
Check-in time is 4 PM or later. Check-out time is or earlier.
Failure to depart by the check-out time will result in a late-departure fee as stipulated in the Renter Agreement.

We have been hosts for many years and our rules are reasonable. We want to set expectations properly so all of our guests can enjoy the property. These are:
・Pets are prohibited. Remediation costs start at $725.
・Events/parties are not permitted.
・No smoking/vaping is allowed. Remediation fees start at $725 for treatment.
・Butts, smoking discards, bottle caps, and pop-tops on the grounds can be dangerous to others and may incur additional costs for cleanup.
・Do not exceed the number of people on the booking.
・Only listed guests are permitted.
・Drugs or illegal activities are not welcome and will be reported.
・No third-party bookings.
・No glass near hot tubs or pools.
・Our quiet time is 10pm-8am, local regulations may be less restrictive.
・GLITTER is not permitted. Violations will result in additional cleaning costs.
・DYE (hair, clothing, etc.) is not allowed. It damages linens, bedding, furniture, flooring, fixtures, and bathrooms.
Our properties are equipped with noise monitors that measure audio levels, without recording audio. If levels exceed local regulations, you will be notified about it. Should unacceptable levels continue, you will be asked to vacate the premises without refunds.
There are actively recording video cameras, some with audio, covering some exterior portions of the property. There are absolutely *NO* interior views, nor any views of pool/hot tub areas.
We respect the community and our neighbors. We will not put our rental license at risk with the local authorities.

Our housekeeping partner has a strict cleaning regimen that is performed after every guest stay. It includes processes and procedures to provide protections for our guests and our team members.
All laundry is done at recommended temperatures and uses products designed to provide the proper degree of sanitization.
The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest. Bromine is added after every clean/fill.

Chalet Village Amenities
You have access to 2 passes (1 pass is good for whole group) for the 3 clubhouses with pools and other recreational facilities during operating times. Normal operating hours are 9am-9pm seasonally, but may vary based on weather and attendance. The season is roughly mid-May to late-September depending on weather and demand. Some are occasionally closed for maintenance and other activities. Please contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours.
The clubhouses offer free WiFi access, food/drink concessions, changing rooms, and showers (bring your own towels). Some also have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent.
