Chestnut Ridge is a new All-Wood spacious 1900sqft (2/2+loft) Cabin. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge "close to everything." Enjoy a 500sqft deck, wood burning fireplace and hot tub. Easy access and ample parking for up to 4 cars. Ideal for One to Two families (2 adult couples with up to four children) and perfect for Honeymooners. Minimum rental age of 25 strictly enforced; I.D. Required/verified at check in with our agent. This is a new cabin that was completed on 21 Nov 2018. Chestnut Ridge is one of 5 family owned cabins we've built on the mountain and have decided to share on the rental market for all to enjoy.

Based on our own rental experiences, we’re including all the best things we liked in other cabins and have designed Chestnut Ridge to be the kind of mountain getaway most people envision when thinking of the Smokey Mountains. Chestnut Ridge is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is less than 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With 3/4 of an acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The cabin is up on the mountain with a Northern view and descending wooded slopes. The cabin has a fully paved drive way with ample parking for 2-4 cars. Both king bedrooms are set up to accommodate adult couples, with a full bathroom on each floor (plus a 1/2 bath on the main floor), a large loft, large separate and fully equipped kitchen and dining area which is not in the living room, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling and large windows, and a fabulous 8 ft wide deck that spans the width of the cabin for you to enjoy year round; you’ll love having your morning coffee or end of the day glass of wine out on this deck. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane or electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The hot tub is located in a standalone covered gazebo in a private setting (this was intentional and you’ll appreciate not having the motor reverberate throughout the cabin at night). The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed and the the 2nd master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed. The large loft has two sets of Bunk beds (sleeps 4), and regulation Foosball table. There are 3 flat screen televisions in the bedrooms and above the fire place. You’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal (hopefully you won't be working too much while on vacation). There is also an out door "Pilot Rock" park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. There are numerous restaurants in the area and Uber drivers and Taxis are normally available if you prefer not to drive. Or if you prefer to stay in and utilize the fully equipped kitchen, you can pick up groceries in town. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (see next to last picture).

Note: Owners will only respond to non emergency messages and calls between 8am-9pm EST. Max Occupancy policy of no more than 8 adults/children for this cabin at any given time (inclusive of any visiting guests). 100% of the cleaning fee goes to a local cleaning lady who does a great job.
