Highly Recommend
My son and I traveled to Gatlinburge the first week of November. The weather and time of year were perfect. This Hotel is conveniently located and comfortable. We did not use the pool due to the outdoor temperature.The complimentary beakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Good value and service.

Loved the location and the view. Staff was excellent and friendly. The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the fireplace. Plenty of room and their breakfast was really good. I definitely will be back in the future.

So so condition
Crossroads is my go to hotel in Gatlinburg. The room needs some maintenance. The pilot light to the fire place wouldn't stay lit. The carpet needs to be replaced. The railing of the staircase was loose, the bathtub sunk in certain places. I was shocked by the condition of the room since we had great stays before. The room was cleaned. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great. Hopefully the hotel will updated this room.
