Here along Baskins Creek in downtown Gatlinburg, you'll find a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley out in front of the building and the Parkway three blocks north. The Baskins Creek Condominiums are an easy walk from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center, among other attractions. The aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, and the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park - an ideal place to begin your hiking and fishing adventures - is three miles southwest. Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several dinner theaters - is eight miles north as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
