The staff was excellent. There was even a bear in the parking lot to take care of your trash. Just be bear aware and all is good. The bear gave a stare and moved on. I would stay here again if in Gatlinberg.

Room was clean and quiet. We pre purchased breakfast wishing to get early starts on hiking trails. Daily, the fellow checking us in for breakfast was rude and abrasive. This should have been the easiest part of the day, yet he made it difficult. The food was of poor quality as it was prepared poorly. The woman who attended our table was affable and helpful. If I were foolish enough to ever stay there again, I would never eat there.

They clearly purchased an old, existing hotel and just slapped the Hilton name on it. The room was extremely dated and the conditions in the bathroom were awful. Mold, chipped paint falling off ceiling, grime. The staff were all wonderful, the lobby and 'community' areas fine. But the rooms are nowhere near the Hilton standard and certainly not worth $250a night.

Gatlinburg is a very busy town. I loved that this hotel was so well located. After a day of exploring Great Smoky Mountains NP, it was perfect to park the car in the hotel lot and walk to any dining or entertainment experience in Gatlinburg. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent!
This is the only place we stay at when visiting Gatlinburg, TN. The location is the best! Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very clean. People at the front desk were polite and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Enjoyed our stay in the King room with fireplace jacuzzi and balcony. Had a couple bears approach us during our stay and using the smoking area. Was told by staff that this a common occurance. Stay alert for the bears!

Unfortunately check in staff was new or did not have enough experience to work the check in computer system so it took 20 minutes to check into just one of our two rooms. The second room was not ready for some time but eventually that check in was very smooth. Staff was very nice and apologetic but still not ideal check in after a 7 hour drive. Everything else has been just fine. Very nice accommodations.
