Cozy, 1023 sq ft, 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (3 blocks) to the parkway and located one block from a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and forest on the other side. Hardwood floors, tile floors, vinyl floors, gas fireplace and mantle, granite countertops throughout, microwave. Building has an indoor heated pool and an elevator. We have a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. With TVs in all the bedrooms, your family members will be able to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Enjoy movies and shows from our smart TV along with free high speed internet access for all your personal electronic devices. We have king size beds in two of the three bedrooms.

This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no animal and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.

Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa is available in addition but will not be as comfortable as the bed.

In-town, yet away from it all.: This condo is in an excellent location. It is a nice walk to the many attractions, shops, and restaurants of Gatlinburg. But, it also borders the forest, so it has that peaceful feeling like you are out in the woods.
The building has an elevator. Please understand it is beyond our control if the elevator has mechanical difficulties from time to time. If you have someone traveling with you who has trouble walking up the stairs in case of power failure or elevator not working due to reasons beyond our control, consider signing up for travel insurance for a very nominal price through VRBO.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. It was walking distance to down town. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice after a long day of hiking. We even got to see a bear from our entrance balcony.

Just what we needed

The place was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and household goods. 3 BR, 3 BA with privacy for all. Quiet location yet still within walking distance of The Villages shopping spot for those of us in good shape. The owner responded in a timely manner to inquiries. We would definitely book this place again.

Very nice and clean next to wooded area. We were we entertained by many black bears each evening. Was about 8 walking blocks from main shopping but that was okay since we like to walk.

Great location

The condo was great. It is close to town but felt like it was in the woods. The trolley stop is in easy walking distance and we took it a couple of days to town. The beds are comfortable. The living area is small and would be a bit cramped for a large group. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Other VRBO properties where i have stayed had very little. There was shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. We saw bears behind the building every day. They were grazing on the grass and leaves or climbing trees, minding their own business. It was fun to watch them from the balcony.

A quiet place with great views

A very nice place. It was just as described and as shown in the pictures. And very clean! They responded immediately to a minor issue given a quick phone call. They left towel animals on each of the beds. I would recommend this condo as a good place to stay.🙂

Great location to downtown Gatlinburg.

This place was amazing. We saw bears amlost everyday we were there from our condo balcony. It was definitely within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, which allowed us to enjoy the Parkway at various times of the day without having to seek out parking. The condo was clean and accommodated our family well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience Gatlingburg and all it has to offer.

Great location and value

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is ideal for walking to the parkway on sidewalks, although it is about a half mile walk. The condo is clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well, although they are small (but still very nice). The only issue we had was that some of the electrical outlets in the room would not hold our chargers, etc. The owners helped remedy that with multiple outlets available in the living room. Communication with the owners was wonderful--they promptly answered any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Small Unit

The unit was very small and had NO closets in two of the bedrooms. The only closet in the entire unit was in one of the bedrooms. The unit had only two small windows, both in a bedroom. Though the unit had 3 bedrooms, it had only 4 chairs and a small table that, at best, was suitable for only 4 people. Parking was a real issue with extremely small parking spots and sometimes we could not find a space to park.

3 bedrooms and 3 baths walking distance to town

compact living but for 3 girlfriends, it was perfect. clean and comfortable with a bedroom and attached bath for each of us. After a day of wildflower photography, we were glad to walk to town for dinner instead of getting the car out again. Small deck off the front 2 bedrooms was great for morning coffee. 3 coffee makers -- two regular and 1 Keurig.
