This hotel was absolutely amazing! If you are debatinb between a cabin inthe mountains or being in downtown Gatlinburg, then this place is the place to be if you want easy shopping, dining, and bar/whiskey access. This hotel also has great amenities for both couples and children. Great pool, both indoor and outdoor along with a hot tub. Delicious breakfast options (for a fee), clean & large rooms, amazing bathroom amenities, and wonderful staff is a great highlight! Let's not forget about Andy, the parrot who welcomes you! OMG, everything here just blew our mind for our family!
