We LOVE Margaritaville!! It's clean and comfortable. The best thing is the staff. They are the greatest. I won't go into details, but they have taken care of any problems that have come up and do it with a smile.

This location is right in the heart of Gatlinburg and allowed us to walk to all the local attractions. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the food we ate there was very good and all in all we had a phenomenal week. Will definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel and location are very nice, our room had a view of the pool. The mattress was not very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and pool was definitely a highlight.

This resort is so much fun. It's modern, clean and close to everything. There are several restaurants on property and the food was really good. Employees are kind and very helpful. There is valet and self parking.

This was my first time staying at a Margaritaville and I loved it. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and there was lots to enjoy on the property. It was also close to everything in Gatlinburg so we didn’t have to drive anywhere to enjoy the area. We will definitely be back.
