This hotel was clean with friendly, welcoming service. Area is within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Plenty of ways to swim, slide, lounge or play with their several options of pool areas. Indoor and outdoor pool, slide, lounge pool, hot tub, and splash area for kids. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Gatlinburg is a busy place. This property had plenty of people coming and going yet it somehow managed to take care of everyone. The bar area was a nice place to end the day. The staff was attentive without being pushy. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

The place is fine. I don’t think I would pay the extra money to stay here again. Rooms were decently clean..floors had crumbs, couch was stained and pretty disgusting and our balcony had some foul black tar on the floor (I’m pretty sure it was a drug related substance, because it smelled of marijuana, of which the manager wiped up and shrugged off). Beds were clean and comfortable. Lobby is beautiful, pool and hot tub are smaller then expected but also very clean. Great location and no issue with parking.

We loved everything - the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub was huge and had a big slide. The hotel even had a parrot which made a fun addition to the Margaritaville atmosphere. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The sofa bed mattress was horrible , the staff at check in did not even tell us where the elevators are or pool or really anything about resort. Chairs on balcony were dirty and we did not even get pillows for 4 of us ( for sofa bed). I did ask about perks as I did create account before coming in and was just told I do not see it. Not the best experience. Resort is beautiful and location is perfect
