If these things matter to you… we had multiple roaches in our room. We saw a total of 3 during our stay. And these roaches weren’t afraid of people. They were leisurely crawling on the walls and in the bathroom. The two pullout beds were extremely used and showed their wear with stains and use. The king bed was very hard. Some white hand towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them. Just outside on our room, in the ceiling was an upside down clear bottle stuck between the ceiling tiles. It looked like it was there to catch water. There was mold on several areas of carpet in our room. Did not try out the pool as it looked like a cesspool. Will definitely not be staying here again. Thought this would be a good option based off description and pictures provided.

The pool area is well maintained. The coffee maker in the lobby needs cleaned ASAP. The coffee from it was slimy. The furniture in the lobby looks like it was dragged in from a landfill.

Will be back! Only issue we had was the jacuzzi in our room when turned on and ran it had white bubbles everywhere(sketchy) overall fantastic stay while visiting Anakeesta.

This hotel was clean and well kept. Ice machine was not working on 2nd floor but there were two more upstairs. There is a pool, huge hot tub and a lazy river. Awesome hotel with very nice rooms.

Got to the motel thinking we could check in at 3 (my fault I read the email wrong). Man at the desk was rude when I told him we were checking in. When we came back to check in at 430, the gentleman at the desk was very nice and professional.

Originally booked to stay for 2 nights.. We loved the city of Gatlinburg and ended up booking a 3rd night! Staff was very nice.. Breakfast was good.. Loved the jacuzzi in our room! A bit dated but overall, we'd book again!

Staff were great and customer service was excellent, Location was nice as close to downtown, but a little quieter. Breakfast was nice. Room could have been cleaned a bit better and stains on furniture.

There was nothing that made this property stand out for the price that we paid. breakfast was cold and not very well stocked. Everything was to spread out. And not enough room for people that were handicapped. The hallway smelled musty and when you flushed the toilet in the room it smelled like sewage.
