I do not recommend anything that’s by cabins for you
location was excellent, very clean, check-in process was seamless, but experienced several issues. Had messaged about early check in weeks before, was told that we would need to talk to somebody that day. The company called me to go over check-in, they told me that it’s $25 additional an hour or if you’re a member you can check I at 3. We decided to skip checking in early and spent time in Gatlinburg, b/c our place had all of these amenities that we planned on spending most of our time at the cabin. When we checked in the hot tub was not working, the Internet was not working, the TVs were not working, essentially none of the amenities that this cabin talked about other than seclusion was offered. We checked in at 9pm expecting to be able to relax, instead I called and spoke with somebody, they would not let me speak with a supervisor, they basically told me I needed to try and flip breakers and reset routers and all of these things. Long story short they finally got the hot tub working the next day and it was warm the second night we stayed (not until late) They were not able to fix the Internet and they were not able to fix two of the TVs. And they would not offer any kind of refund, they did give me $150 visa gift card that I can only use online for online shopping. Our 15 year wedding anniversary trip with no kids and I spent so much time troubleshooting and on the phone. Beware this company has “24 hours” to fix things, and we only stayed 2 nights, very disappointed.
