The room could have been cleaner, stains on wall in the bathroom, on the sheets and comforter. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony, from which we saw bears every day. The staff was very friendly. WiFi was excellent.

The 1st room was smoky smelling, 2nd room the bathroom floor was dirty, the shower had mold in several places,,around drain was moldy.The chair in room looked old and under chair was a empty bottle of gel. (Someone got frisky) They should of seen when cleaning room. We wont stay again.

As soon as we walked into our room a terrible musty, dirty and damp smell hit us. I turned the AC unit on and there was a single air freshener that was shoved into the vent. We stuck it out for an hour with the AC running then I called the front desk to see if there was any other room availability. According to the front desk there was not. The more I looked around the room I noticed on the base of the beds that stuff has been spilled but never cleaned up. We left for dinner to get some fresh air then I decided to just check out and find another hotel. The room wouldn’t have been too bad if it wouldn’t have been for the terrible smell. I would’ve been fine with a different room too.
