All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great place to stay!
Our family loved staying at park place condos over the 4th of July. Great walking distance to downtown, perfect amount of space in condo 309 for our family of 4. The pool was a great amenity for the whole family. Waking up every morning to have coffee on the balcony with sounds of the river was amazing! We will definitely be back! We even had an issue with the lockbox at 2:30am and the owner answered the phone and walked us through to get our keys.

Absolutely loved it!
The pictures did not do the condo justice. Furniture had been updated & the condo was spotless! Close enough to walk to the strip and Smokey Mountain National Park but tucked away on a quiet street with an amazing river view. Would definitely stay here again.

great location. LR updated. Kitchen needs help
Great facility and location. Easy walking to Trolley or main street. Lovely view from balcony. The LR furniture has been updated, but the kitchen needs a lot of help. Bring a sharp knife if you plan on cooking as well as plastic utensils for eating. Stove needs to be replaced as well as dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Clean, comfortable, great location in Gatlinburg
We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and the location is peaceful but only a few hundred yards from the main strip. We will stay in unit 309 again.
