The Baskins Creek complex is located in the center of downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front. You can easily walk three blocks north to the Parkway to visit Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Gatlin's Mini Golf, the quaint Village Shoppes, and countless other eateries, shops, and attractions. You'll be one mile from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can spend your days taking scenic drives, fishing in 2,900 miles of streams, and observing all sorts of wildlife in Cades Cove. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
