About the Podere Colle Il Diaccino facility

The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.

Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

Apartment Giuncarico description

In this very spacious, interesting and practically divided apartment on the ground floor in warm colors, both bedrooms have direct access to their own bathroom and all rooms have direct access to the terrace and portico (covered outdoor area).
