Old converted Konak was nice. Great central location in the old atmospheric part of the city. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very nice. I am giving low review to Expedia itself because when i went there, they said they could not reach me and i had to book a new room that is overall more expensive. Expedia was not helpful and i might as well just called the hotel myself instead of using their services.

Good location and great breakfast
A lovely old building in a great location for sightseeing or if you come in from the Otogar. Direct bus to town and then a few minutes walk to the hotel. It is close to the castle and the old bazaar. It has a kettle which we loved. Bed was comfortable. There is some external nose which is to be expected in an old building. Good breakfast in the morning. A lovely old building.

Geldiğimiz andan itibaren inanılmaz ilgili çalışanlarla karşılandık.Bize giriş ve çıkış saatinde esneklik tanıdılar.Otel,merkezi bir yerde müzelere çok yakın.Ve gastronomi gezisi yapanlar için de çok ideal bir konumda.Çıkarken o gün de gezmek istediğimizden bavullarımızın kalmasına müsade ettiler.Bu yüzden kibar ve anlayışlı tavırları için burdan tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.Aynı zamanda iki genç kadın olarak kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik.Konağın avlusu çok şirin ve iç açıcı.Oda da gayet temizdi.İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Gaziantep'e gelirseniz hiç tereddüt etmeden kalabilirsiniz.

Genel olarak herhangi bir sıkıntı olmadı. Otel temiz, kahvaltısı iyi, çalışanlar yardım sever. Odalarda klima var. Otopark konusunda anlaşmalı otoparkları var. Günlük 100 tl alıyorlar. Gayet uygun. Otele cok yakın. Odadaki buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Bu biraz sıkıntı oldu.

Fiyatının karşılığını veriyor. Konumu çok iyi, odalar ve mobilyalar, yataklar iyi durumda. Odalara merdivenlerden çıkılıyor, bizim odamızda da banyoya merdivenle iniliyordu. Merdivende zorlanacakların bilmesi iyi olur. Genel olarak temiz, daha temiz olabilirdi.

Gaziantepe ikinci gelişimiz. Gastronomi turu için geldik ve bu otel merkezdeki tüm kaliteli mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Karşılama güler yüzlü ve misafirperver. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldular.
