Large, 62 square meter apartment ideal for 4 people! The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable and large convertible sofa. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a beautiful, large terrace.

The seaside strip of the district consists of hotels, guesthouses, sanatoriums, rest houses, a lighthouse and an extensive beach infrastructure.
Nearby, there is the Pier - just a 15-minute walk from the apartment (950 m), and the main shopping and restaurant area - the famous Monte Cassino promenade - 12 minutes. An apartment designed for guests looking for relaxation away from the city noise, in comfortable interiors and close to the Sopot pier.

Schlechte Betreuung vor Ort
Das Haus hat eine super Lage; die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Zubehör in der Küche/Porzelan ist dürftig; Nachbarn haben angeboten mit Gläsern auszuhelfen. Der elektronische Schlüssel zur Garage war defekt; nach 8 Tagen konnten wir die Garage benutzen. Das Badezimmer stand immer unter Wasser und es waren nur 5 polnische Programme zu empfangen; Internet sehr schlechter Empfang. Die Vermittlungsfirma RentnersPl bucht ungerechtfertigt Beträge ab; im Internet/Kundenbewertung wird von Betrug gesprochen; ich habe bei der Kreditkarte Rückbuchung veranlasst. Die Abrechnung von Fewo-direkt ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich werde die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen.

Die Wohnung ist super; das Internet müsste verbessert werden; der Empfang war sehr schwankend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Ich würde wieder buchen!

Unterkunft ist im Großen und Ganzen ok wenn man sie gefunden hat.
Wenn man dann nach der Suche vor dem Tor steht, weiß man immer noch nicht ob man angekommen ist. Die Hausnummer hat der Vermieter hinter einer Konifere (Zypresse) versteckt. Und wenn man dann herausgefunden hat an welcher Bedienung den Zahlencode eingeben muss wird es etwas leichter. Es ist ein Hochsicherheitstrakt. Es sollte keine Haverie (Alarm) ausbrechen, es ist nicht so leicht das Gebäude bei z.B. einem Brand zu verlassen. Für Kinder fast unmöglich.
