The hotel was a good price. It had three HBO channels and nothing else, which was fine. I noticed a few roaches but not a big deal. the Wi-Fi was strong the first night but slow the next day. It's about a nine minute walk to SM city. The shower was lukewarm, not really hot. The bed was comfortable enough. It was quiet and away from the road.

generally very good, but i what i have observe they donot clean the room everyday. in my room the light in the comfort room is very dim and no light on the mirror near cabinet.

My stay was excellent. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Though there were some flaws with the room I stated, Aircon was not so cold even it's already on the maximum. I would still recommend this to my friends and travellers and I will still stay here the next time I will come to GenSan..
