Beautiful hotel with professional staff. It was clear from the moment that we arrived that they took pride in making our stay memorable. From the front desk, to the concierge and restaurant- all the staff that we had the pleasure of encountering, were phenomenal. Our rooms were elegant, spacious and updated. Our bathroom- gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful property, close to everything! The concierge was extremely helpful when we experienced a medical emergency and had to visit the emergency room whilst on vacation. This hotel has some of the most helpful and kind staff!

Very nice hotel in Geneva. The central location is great. Unfortunately, there is no valet parking. We had to park at the train station which was about a 10 minute walk with luggage and a huge complex to understand if you are a visitor. The shower was lovey but did not drain properly and I stood in a few inches of water to shower. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are kind and welcoming.
