It was good, better than expected (from the reviews). It wasn't very quiet all the time as walls are not sound proof but could sleep without any problem. Staff was great and kind.

A very nice basic hotel. The staff is super helpful and you are right at old town and major shopping. A little loud with construction starting at 8 a.m. but pleasant otherwise. The bathroom is a bit tight but the value makes it ok.

A very unique compact double walking straight into the bathroom before the bedroom to maximise space Disappointing no tea or coffee in room Understand no air con as old building so had doors to Juliet balcony open but was very noisy as works happening right outside Reception friendly, helpful with city pass and map and spoke English we appreciated Found I had a lot of messages prior to and on the day to ask about arrival time after replying each time I found this a lot as was a busy work trip and this was a stopover to experience Geneva before coming home Great central location I would stay again but hope the points can be taken

Highly recommend.
This place was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Keep in mind, that it is a very old building in a historic area. Some modern comforts/conveniences, like central air conditioning and a large bathroom, are, rightly, not present.

The customer service here was the best. It’s a little bit of a walk to anything but especially to any good food options. No view to speak of from our room but just a couple blocks to the lake. Beds were clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked!

the property itself is nice There was a lot of construction going on early in the morning. It was also very warm during our stay and there was no air conditioning. The staff is very helpful.
