Man Cave at Danville - eclectic apartment in Central Florida

When the world seems crazy, sometimes you need to escape. All Danville venues are separated on thirty acres.

This is my Man Cave located in my airplane hangar. An eclectic collection of stuff is hung from the ceiling and walls. This is a fun space with a bar, microwave, satellite-TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bed is located in the loft.
Check out time is promptly at 11am. Please respect the housekeeping staff and the guests coming in after you.

Please let us know if you need anything during your stay. If you are staying for a few days and need new towels, please ask any staff member you may see on property.

We have added a country store always open. you can find wax fire logs can be used in all of our fire pits. small bags of charcoal, fish food, goat treats and chicken treats. you can find candy, ice cream and microwaveable food. Danville tee shirts are available. you can sign a liability release and pay the resort fee for the golf carts. we will be adding items for your convenience. If you have any suggestions for additional items, please let us know.
Smoking on property is permitted we ask that you not smoke inside the Man Cave.

VRBO only provides liability insurance for registered guests. Any other guests visiting the property will require special permission and may have additional fees.

Currently, the resort fee covers things such as use of a golf cart or jeep, segways, the Zen experience.

For your safety and the consideration and privacy of other guests, golf carts should not be used to tour the property after 10 o'clock. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in a golf cart. We reserve the right to terminate use of a golf cart at any time.
All vehicles must be operated with care and consideration at 10 mph. We have many animals and guests with children on the property.

You are welcome to bring your pet, but you must have it attended at all times while on property. If you need to leave your pet for a trip to the theme parks, there is a kennel local for you to board your pet for the day. Oviedo Animal Hospital is within 10 minutes from us.

A key charge of $20.00 will be submitted to your account if you mistakenly take the door key with you.
Guest expectations of a condo near Disney are pretty easy to predict. However, it appears that expectations of a treehouse a yurt or a man cave can be a little challenging. My creation may not meet your expectations and I understand that my quirky, fun venues are not for everyone.
I asked that within the first 30 minutes of arrival you review your space to see if it indeed meets your expectations. If it does not, please let me know or just cancel your reservation on VRBO. I will be glad to give you a complete refund. I cannot expect you to know what my vision was when I built these unique structures. The pictures only tell part of a story. The space directly around the venue that you rented should be orderly, however, if you choose to take the golf cart and venture out on to the farm area, you may find it is in some disarray. Please keep in mind that space is not part of your rental. If you choose not to stay, you will find many hotels along the Lake Mary I4 Corridor, which is about thirty minutes away. There are also many new hotels at SR50 and I95


Instructions to get into the Man Cave:
At the traffic light in Geneva are crossroads County Rd 426 and Highway
46. From the light, drive East on 46 for 2.2 miles. Turn North onto Jungle Rd. and drive one mile to our driveway on the left. The address is on the mailbox. (244 N. Jungle)

Drive to the back of the property. You will pass my home on the right and a little further, you will see the airplane hangar on your right. The yellow door is the entrance into the Man Cave. I will have lights turned on for you. There is a motion sensor light above the door that will turn on as you approach.

There is coffee for the coffee pot. I suggest you stop at a convenience store (there is one at the traffic light in Geneva) and pick up some milk or other fresh items you may want.

There is a microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator in the Man Cave. If you look for the thermostat, you'll find it among the DVDs on the wall. The yellow book on the coffee table will tell you how to turn the television on. See you in the morning.

The Man Cave has two private entrances, 1-the yellow door from the hangar and 2- a Sliding glass door to the outside.

There is a good hometown restaurant at the traffic light at 46 (Geneva General) it serves an excellent breakfast in the morning.

As you are getting in late, please give me a call in the morning when you're up and moving. I'll come back to meet you; otherwise, I'll let you sleep.

On the risers of the staircase to the loft I am trying to fill that space with license plates from different parts of the country. If you happen to have an old license plate, I would appreciate having it to install on the riser.
