The Cottage at GOTL

Welcome to The Cottage at GOTL! This is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located at GOTL. Just a short walk to the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip. Also a perfect place to stay to enjoy all the area wineries. TV with streaming services and wifi provided. Wifi information provided inside house. No pets and no smoking please! Air conditioned! 21 and over please. Check-in information will be emailed 3 days before arrival.

This was our first trip to Geneva on the lake, and we couldn’t have asked anything more from the cottage. It was the perfect size for myself and daughter. It was very clean, cute and cozy! The owners quick response to any questions I had was a huge plus. We had a great time and I can’t wait to return!

Perfect Getaway
We walk into the cottage and my wife was extremely impressed with the Cleanliness and Cozyness of the Home. We had everything needed for our 2 day stay. We were in walking distance to the Strip which is exactly what we wanted. We will definitely return next year as soon a we gets the dates we will be going next year. Highly Recommended. As advertised, we had everything neefed for our 2 day stay. We were walking distance to tje strip which is exactly what we wanted. We will certainly be booking again next year once we find out the dayes we will be in Geneva.

Curb appeal
The lawn needed to be cut before our arriving. The fire ring was filled with dead wet leaves which we eventually burned away with much kindling. The chairs were dirty and had several spiders. The inside was ptrtty much clean. A few cob webs with dead bugs. The bathroom rug was definitely not shaken out. The furniture is a bit dingy. Most importantly the bedding and towels were clean (could of used two sets of bath towels for longer stays. ) the cottage otherwise had everything you might need. The air/furnace is quite loud. Also there is a mobile home park a few properties away so we had some domestic disturbance while enjoying the fire ring. The price was fair for what ya get.
